Conveniently located five minutes from downtown Fort Myers, we are right off Hancock Parkway in North Fort Myers! Big yellow building across from Marinatown!

We are able to host 175+ people in our spacious venue. With almost 5000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, we can host both intimate and larger groups alike.
Use of our entire furniture collection is at your disposable for all events. We do offer round tables and high end white folding padded chairs to rent for an additional charge. Tables are $12 each and chairs are $3 each. There are 33 parking spots on the property and plenty of extra parking along the grass area behind our building.

We rent by the hour for our venue. However, we do offer several rental package deals (see section below). Call or email for more information. All rentals require either a $100 or $200 deposit (depending on package chosen) to reserve date, and all rentals will include an additional $150 cleaning service fee unless stated otherwise.
Daytime hourly (10 am - 5 pm): $150
Evening hourly (6 pm - 10 pm): $300

Dedicated to community and nonprofit gatherings, we offer our venue at a discount to certain organizations. We also offer our space free a few times annually upon request. If you would like to apply for sponsorship, please email us below with information about your organization and request type.
